Nuovo Accordo Multilaterale ADR a firma ITALIANA!

L’Italia promuove e firma a Roma un nuovo Accordo multilaterale ADR (M308), ai sensi del capitolo 1.5.1 ADR, in merito alle ispezioni periodiche di bombole d’acciaio per il trasporto di GPL

Di seguito il testo in lingua inglese dell’accordo:

1) This agreement concerns the periodic inspection of refìllable welded steel cylinders far the carriage of Lique.fìed Petrolewn Gas (LPG) of UN 1011, UN 1075, UN 1965, UN 1969 or UN 1978.

2) By derogation from the provisions of 6.2.3.5.1 of ADR, at the lime of periodic inspection, LPG welded steel cylinders fìlled in accordance with EN 1439 or with EN 14794 are exempted from the check of the internai conditions of the pressure receptacle required in 6.2.1.6.1 (b) of ADR.

3) This agreement only applies lo cylinders fìlled with LPG of high quality with very low potential contamination. This is deemed to be fulfilled, if only LPG conforming to the corrosion contaminants level of ISO 9162:1989, is fìlled in.

4) This agreemenl shall be valid until 31st December 2022 far the carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this agreement. If il is revoked before then by one of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the above mentioned date only far the carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting parties signatory to this agreement which have noi revoked it.

Scadenza accordo: 31/12/2022
